As a graduate student at East Stroudsburg University in 2009, Mark set single season records for hits (77), multiple-hit games (28), doubles (21), home runs (12), rbi’s (58) and total bases (136). Angelo has served as a graduate student coach at ESU, an assistant coach at Hunterdon Central High School, and instructor at the Diamond Nation Baseball Academy.

Mark is looking forward to returning to Quakertown where he played American Legion and high school baseball and providing current Blazers with the opportunities he had to improve as a college baseball player throughout the summer. Mark played under legendary Blazer manager, Denny Robison, as did former Blazer managers, Clay Kuklick and Mike Schneider.

Mark succeeds Lee Saverio, Jr., who guided the Blazers to the Wolff Division playoffs in 2011 and 2012. Saverio, a former head coach at LaSalle University and St. Joseph’s University, is returning to Division 1 coaching as an assistant at Lehigh University.
