Lee is entering his second year at the helm of he Quakertown Blazers. The 2011 Blazers made the first round of the playoffs, ending with a record of 18-20 and a third-place finish. Three Blazers, Jeff (Wiand (Lehigh), Dan Johnson (Millersville), and Lou Trivino (Slippery Rock) represented Quakertown in the ACBL All-Star game in Brooklyn, New York. Trevino, a RHP, posted a 4-2 record with 50 k’s and a no-hitter last season.
Lee comes to the Blazers with a vast coaching background. His 24 years of high school experience include stints with both Cheltenham HS and Hatboro-Horsham High School. Lee left the high school ranks and coached D1 College Baseball in the Philadelphia Area for eight years. He was the head coach at both LaSalle and St. Joseph’s Universities.
His 2006 LaSalle Explorers were voted the “Team of the Year”, and Lee “The Coach of the Year” in Philadelphia College Baseball. The 2007 LaSalle team won the very prestigious Liberty Bell Classic at Citizens Bank Park. During his eight years, eight of Lee’s players went on to sign professional baseball contracts.
Lee then took a job in professional baseball, scouting for the New York Mets. He helped to draft and sign one of his former LaSalle Explorers (T.J.Chism), currently a minor league pitcher in the Mets minor league system. While scouting with the Mets, he also helped run their pre-draft prospect camps at Citi Park, where he came in contact and worked out former Blazer, and current NY Met pitching prospect (Darin Gorski).
Lee has owned and operated Total Instructional Baseball Camp in the area for the past 15 years. Jesse Biddle, the Phillies #1 draft pick last year, was a TIBC camper for six years.
Lee currently resides in Horsham with wife Beth and three sons; Sean (Widener University), Brett (Thaddeus Stevens College) and Casey (Hatboro-Horsham High School).

Dan is entering his 11th season with the Blazers. He is looking forward to another busy and successful summer. In the spring Dan served his 9th year as an assistant coach at Muhlenberg College and was previously on the staff at Palisades High School and Saucon Valley High School. He graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a Master’s Degree in Education and teaches health and physical education in the Easton Area School District.

Nat Ballenberg is an assistant coach for Haverford College and was also a high school pitching coach before joining the Fords. Nat pitched professionally in the Israel Professional League in 2007. His pitching staff helped lead Haverford to its first Centennial Conference title in 2012. The Fords capped an unbeaten run through the league playoffs with a 9-1 win over Washington College in the title game

Randy Mower was an ACBL All-Star for the Quakertown Blazers in 2008 after posting a regular season record of 6-0. He did not miss a start in his collegiate carrer at St. Joseph's University, making 56 starts and hurling 305.2 innings. He was signed as a free agent by the Washington Nationals in 2010 and pitched in the Gulf Coast League. He is currently an assistant coach at Germantown Friends.
